Here’s a somewhat spoilery bullet list, because I think I’m having the dumb today so bear with it:
LOL I actually couldn’t stand Kristen’s acting, even if I really wanted to give her a chance, but appart from that I agree with your review almost completely. It reminded me of the old “Storyteller” TV show both in the visuals and in the story and I loved the movie much more than I expected. A pity the sequel will have Kristen and not Charlize (who was beyond awesome…)
Oh and all the clothes! From the armors to Charlize’s dresses!!! Still drooling!
